JAMMU, Feb 4: The functions were organized at village Lehnu and Kamble Danga in Udhampur to distribute the certificates among the successful candidates trained at Extension Centres under Community Development Through Polytechnics (CDTP) Scheme.
The certificates were distributed by Er Arun Bangotra, Principal/Chief Co-ordinator CDTP Scheme in presence of Er KS Manhas Lecturer Civil / Internal Co-ordinator CDTP Scheme, Er. KS Bhatia HoD Mechanical Course Co-ordinator, under CDTP Scheme, local trainers and various students of the extension center.
The candidates were presented the certificates on successful completion of 6-month training course in Cutting and Tailoring at Lehnu and 6-month training course in Fashion Designing at Kamble Danga.
This is Centrally sponsored scheme under MHRD, Government of India providing free vocational skill development training to the weaker section of the society.
Speaking on this occasion, Chief Co-ordinator threw light on the benefits of the courses and stressed upon the students to take maximum benefit from this scheme.
