JAMMU, Oct 15: Government Polytechnic College Jammu in collaboration with Reliance Jio organized an online placement drive for three year diploma and ITI passout students.
Manik Kapoor, Dy. Manager and Navjot Singh Arora, HR, Reliance Jio conducted the online interview of the students.
More than 310 students were registered for the online placement drive after which placement letters were distributed to ten selected candidates by Er Arun Bangotra, Principal, Govt Polytechnic Jammu in presence of Rajesh Khajuria, Training and Placement Officer and its team.
The selected candidates were Ajay Singh, Amit Singh, Akshay Sharma, Amit, Ankit Padha, Deepak Sandhu, Leela Bhagat, Raj Kumar, Sandeep Chib and Shubham. Five candidates with polytechnic diploma are from Government Polytechnic Jammu are appointed as Jio Gigafiber Engineer and five candidates from ITI were appointed as Jio Gigafiber Associate.
Principal of the Polytechnic encouraged the students to convert the challenges into fruitful opportunities by continuous hard work and dedication.
