JAMMU, July 25: Principal Government Polytechnic, Jammu, Er Ritu Jamwal felicitated fencer Vansh Mahajan, student of Civil Engineering who sparkled in Junior Cadet Commonwealth Fencing Championship held at Cape Town in South Africa.
In the Individual event, ace fencer Vansh while representing India got 9th rank in the Championship.
Speaking on the occasion, the Principal said, “It has been a very exciting year for Vansh as far as his performance is concerned, however the greatest achievement was to represent the country”.
Prominent among others present on the occasion were Er Ritu Jamwal Principal, Govt. Polytechnic Jammu, Er KS Bhatia, Sports Secretary, Er Inderjeet Singh, Er KS Manhas, HoD Civil Engineering and Joginder Sharma, PEM.
