JAMMU, Nov 20: In sequel to the ongoing programme on Aids Awareness, a seminar was organized by the Red Ribbon Club of the College today on the topic ‘Prevention is better than cure: understanding AIDS’ in the College premises.
Prof Anju Bala, Dr Jyoti Parihar and Prof Shashi Prabha were the jury members.
Komal Kotwal bagged 1st prize, Astha Sharma bagged 2nd prize and Vidushi Sharma bagged 3rd prize.
Prof (Dr) Ajeet Angral who was chief guest on the occasion distributed prizes to the winners.
While addressing the students, Prof (Dr) Ajeet Angral appreciated the efforts of the members of the organizing committee in bringing awareness amongst the students in the ongoing programme.
Dr Piyali Arora, convener Red Ribbon Club conducted the programme.
