JAMMU, Dec 11: Mr. N.N. Vohra, Governor, has congratulated Parvez Rasool, the Captain and all members of his Ranji Trophy team for their historic win over Mumbai, the 40 times Ranji Trophy, champions.
The Governor has also invited Parvez Rasool and his team to a reception at the Raj Bhavan.
