Applications on the prescribed proforma are invited from the permenant residents of J&K State, for the below mentioned Paramedical posts of Associated Hospitals of Government Medical College Sgr under SRO-384 Dated : 14.12.2009 read with SRO-409 dated : 19.09.2013 on Academic Arrangement basis temporarily for a period one year or till such time the posts are filled up by the competent authority, in accordance with the existing Recruitment Rules 1979, whichever is earlier.

Terms & Conditions are as under:
1. The initial contract will be for a period of one year (extendable) subject to the performance of the selected candidates.
2. The appointee shall be paid a salary at the minimum of the pay scale in accordance with the provision of SRO-384 of 2009 dated : 14.12.2009.
3. The appointee shall have to sign an agreement on the prescribed format appended to SRO-384 of 2009 dated : 14.12.2009. Besides applicants have to submit an undertaking duly signed by Ist Class Magistrate to the effect that this shall not confer any claim or right for regular appointment.
4. The appointee so engaged, if found guilty at any point of time of impersonation or submitting fabricated/tempered documents his/her contract shall be cancelled even after selection and shall be terminated without any further notice.
5. The selected candidates shall be appointed on contract basis for a period of one year or till the posts are filled by the competent authority which ever is earlier.
6. The appointed candidates can be terminated before one year’s expiry or one months notice from either side or 1 month salary in lieu of notice from the appointing authority.
7. The candidates so appointed shallbe governed by the provisions of SRO-384 of 2009.
8. Posts will be filled up as per Reservation Act. 2004.

Criteria for short list of the candidates for interview:-
In case of number of candidates is large and it is not possible, convenient to call the candidates for interview the short list of candidates shall be prepared on the absis of 1:5 ratio.
Criteria for Short list:-
a) Total points for short list 100
b) Points for marks obtained in Degree /Diploma 80
c) Points for viva voice 20
Interested candidates shall submit their application forms in the office of the Administrator Associated Hospital Sgr. on all working days w.e.f 25-8-14 to 10.9.14 from 10 AM to 1PM.
1. Permanent residents of Jammu & Kashmir State.
It is reiterated here that in respect of divisional cadre posts only those candidates belonging to the Kashmir division can apply. However, candidates of Jammu division belonging to scheduled caste category can also apply.
