JAMMU, June 7: Gold’s Gym today inaugurated its good will initiative by the name of “Gold’s Summer Fest”.
The fest was inaugurated by Praveen Baru and Gaurav Gupta, a fitness enthusiast and an international marathon runner.
Huge number of teenagers enrolled for the summer fest and they were welcomed with great enthusiasm by Gold’s Gym team.
The summer fest started with an entertainment session for the kids, wherein Gold’s gym fitness experts and Mr J&K Nitish Wadhera, Mr India 2015 Jagroop Singh and DID Semi-finalist Season-Vishal showed their body building skills.
Besides this the Gold’s Gym Head Trainer Zahoor Ahmad Bhat showed the participants some martial art skills.
The teenagers were also given some fitness tips and schedule for following two week fest.
The guest also encouraged the teenagers and gave them the message to make fitness as an addiction.
