GDC Bishnah organises ‘Poetry recitation’ contest

BISHNAH, Sept 12: Government Degree College, Bishnah today organised ‘Poetry recitation’ contest on the topic ‘Rashtriya Ekta Aur Desh Prem’ in the ongoing ‘Hindu Divas’ celebrations under the supervision of Prof Sunita Gupta.
The contest was held for the students of BA Part-I in which a total of 12 students participated and presented their self-composed poetry.
Sonika Sharma was adjudged as first, second position was shared by Pratibha and Pooja Devi whereas Mast Ram and Kamla Rani bagged third position. Dr Suman Charak, Prof Preeti Dogra and Prof Jugal Kishore were among the panel of judges.
