JAMMU, Aug 1: The Jammu branch of Modern Montessori International (MMI) celebrated 15th foundation day of MMI with fun and frolic in its premises, here today.
It was 15 years back on August 1 when Modern Montessori International started its operation in India. To celebrate the occasion, a colourful programme was organized in the premises of MMI Jammu branch, which was beautifully decorated with balloons, buntings and flowers.
The function started with lighting of ceremonial lamp by Directors of MMI Jammu, Bhavna Rohmetra and Sapna Rohmetra. The children participated in various activities like group dances, group songs and enthralled everyone present on the occasion with their performances.
Apart from this, a magic show was organized wherein Jaswinder Singh enthralled the little angels and other audience. Thereafter, all the teachers of the school pledged to provide stress-free atmosphere to the students.
The function culminated with cake cutting ceremony which was performed by the Directors of the School along with Principal, Pragya Gupta.
The Day was celebrated across all MMI centres in India with pomp and show.
