JAMMU, Feb 15: Former MLA Sat Sharma and Jammu Municipal Corporation Councillor Anu Bali inaugurated open gym at Government Higher Secondary School Rehari Colony falling in Ward-24 and commissioned the requisite number of equipments related to open gym on the demands of the locals.
Corporator Anu Bali while speaking on the occasion informed that JMC has already taken up the job of commissioning open gyms along with installing required number of equipments related to them so that general public, locals, old persons and children can avail full benefit of these facilities in an open and eco-friendly atmosphere and inhale fresh air while performing different types of physical exercise and its related activities on routine basis.
She appealed to the people to cooperate with JMC in making the city neat, clean, green and healthy. She further added that JMC is going to install fountains at different rotaries to beautify the Jammu city including Ward-24 very soon.
Bhau Ram Jandail, School Principal Tahira Parveen, Vice Principal Tilak Sharma, Karan Sat Sharma, Amit Dutta, Rajan Gupta, Rohit Gupta, Vansh Bali, Nishant Vaid and many others were present on the occasion.
