JAMMU, Nov 21: Students of Delhi Public School Jammu (DPSJ) brought laurels to the Institution and their parents by winning various medals in J&K UT Roller Sports Championship held at Peer Kho, from November 10-13, here.
In roller hockey, Zayafat John (Gold) & Hridyansh Chib won (Gold) in sub-junior boys, while Mohd Ayaan (Silver) in cadet boys, Aaditya Malhotra (Silver) in junior boys, Rajanya Khajuria (Bronze) in sub-junior boys.
In speed event: Pratyaksha Gupta (3 Gold) in U-17 quads girls, Viraaj Gandotra (Silver & Bronze) in U-11 quads boys, Mridul Jungral (3 Silver) in U-9 inline boys, Aayan Singh Langeh (3 Bronze) in U-9 inline boys, Saanvi Grover (3 Bronze) in U-14 quads girls.
In loose bearing, Riyansh Mahajan (2 Bronze) in U-7 boys, Divyam Gupta (Bronze) in U-9 boys.
Meanwhile, Hridyansh Chib, Rajanaya Khajuria, Mohd Ayaan, Mridul Jungral, Aayan Singh Langeh, Viraaj Gandotra, Sanvi Grover and Pratyaksha Gupta have also been selected for National level Roller Sports Championship to be held later, while Arnav Mahajan, School Skating Coach also won Silver in senior men’s roller hockey.
Principal- Ruchi Chabra congratulated all the winners and their coach for the achievement.
