JAMMU, Apr 3: Delhi Public School (DPS) organized a workshop on “Stress Management” for its faculty members.
On the occasion, Prabha Slathia, a senior teacher, Art of Living Foundation, was the resource person.
While speaking, Prabha Slathia informed the audience that the doctors of AIIMS and scientists at NASA continue to reap rich benefits of the “Sudarshan Kriya” to keep themselves peaceful, stress free and healthy.
Prabha demonstrated meditative exercise for re-stressing oneself. She said that such exercise helps keep its practitioners feel alive and agile throughout the day.
Prabha remarked that stress is the root cause of all major ailments in the body and that one should possess internal happiness in order to keep oneself and others happy and stress free.
Principal of the school, Sudarshan Sonar gave valuable tips on coping with stress and tension.
