JAMMU, June 12: Dogra Law College organized a guest lecture on criminal procedure code 1973.
The lecture was delivered by Amit Gupta, Advocate J&K High Court and Ex-Deputy Advocate General.
Prof VP Magotra, Principal Dogra Law College welcomed the guest.
Mr Gupta in his thought provoking and enlightening lecture on Criminal Procedure Code highlighted the vital provisions of the Cr.P.C and explained various technicalities involved in the law.
He dealt with various important provisions of the Cr.P.C and changes brought about the code of Criminal Procedure 1973. He emphasized the important role procedural law plays in the Criminal Justice Delivery System.
The lecture culminated with a question-answer session in which various interesting questions, relating to the topic were posed by the students to the dignitary.
The lecture was attended by the students of LL.B 3 Years and staff members of Dogra Law Etika Gupta, Arushi Khajuria, Arti Gupta, Gopika Sharma, Shuchi Sharma, Sandeep Sharma, Ramnik Bali and Sunil Sharma.
