SRINAGAR, Dec 28: Hilal Sofi of Government College of Physical Education, Ganderbal bagged the title trophy of the District Srinagar Cycling Championship, organized by the Jammu and Kashmir Cycling Association, here.
Dr Mohd Amin Reshi and Shabir Akhoon claimed second and third positions respectively.
In Junior Category, Amir Asad of TCI Cements won first place, while Aquib Rasool and Abid Rehman claimed second and third spot respectively and in Sub Junior category, Basharat Ahmed of Burnhall won first place, while the second and third place went to Hashim Nabi and Mubashir Khan of Green Valley Educational Institute.
The position holders will be selected for the forthcoming State Cycling Championship which will be held at Jammu next month.
The race was flagged off by Joint Secretary J&K Cycling Ascociation, Mushtaq Ahmed Bhat.
