SAMBA, Oct 31: The Taekwondo Association of District Samba, under the aegis of the J&K Taekwondo Association and J&K Sports Council, is set to organize the District Samba Taekwondo Championships 2025-26. The championship will take place at Indoor Stadium, Samba from November 3 to 4 under the “My Youth My Pride” initiative.
The event will feature competitions across sub-junior, cadet, junior and senior categories, offering a platform for young athletes to showcase their skill, sportsmanship, and competitive spirit.
As per the handout issued, JKTA Athlete License is mandatory for all participants. Senior athletes must also possess Black Belt Certificates as per Taekwondo Federation of India norms. All participants must report on November 2 at 2:00 pm for weigh-in with necessary documents, including registration form, Aadhar, JKTA license and date of birth certificate.
