POONCH, Jan 19: The District Poonch Ball Badminton Association, in collaboration with the J&K Ball Badminton Association, will organize the “My Youth My Pride” District Poonch Ball Badminton Championship 2025-26 for Boys & Girls across all age groups (Mini, Sub Junior, Junior, Youth & Senior).
The two-day tournament, under the “My Youth My Pride” initiative of the J&K Sports Council to promote grassroots sports, will be held at Carmel High School, Chandak (Poonch) on January 27 & 28, 2026.
All clubs, schools, institutions and colleges in Poonch are requested to send entries via WhatsApp or SMS at 9596644756 by 26 January 2026. No on-spot entries will be accepted.
Matches will follow Ball Badminton Federation of India rules, with the draw scheduled at 11:00 am on 27 January 2026. Players will also be selected for the upcoming UT Championship during the event. For details, contact Akram Ahmad, Organising Secretary (9596644756).
