BARAMULLA, Mar 24: The District Baramulla Carrom Championship 2025-26 was inaugurated today at the Indoor Sports Stadium by Showkat Ahmad Manager Sports Stadium Khawaja Bagh Baramula and Dawar Rashid Secretary J&K Carrom Association.
Organized by the District Baramulla Carrom Association under the aegis of the Jammu & Kashmir Carrom Association, the championship witnessed enthusiastic participation from around 140 players across the district. Competitions are being held in Cadet (U-12), Sub-Junior (U-14), Junior (U-18), and Senior categories for boys, girls, men, and women, highlighting strong grassroot engagement. Also present were Zubaida Ahad and Irfan Ahmad, along with office bearers from the District Baramulla and J&K Carrom Associations.
