POONCH, Apr 29: Outplaying Mendhar XI in a close contest by 8 runs in the Summit clash, Dara Dullain XI lifted the title Trophy of the Platinium Jubilee Cricket Tournament at Jhulass Ground, here today.
Organised by Ahmadiya Muslim Jamat Poonch Zone, this T20 Tournament had started on April 27, 2013, in which seven teams drawn from Mendhar and adjoining areas participated.
Prominent among others present on the occasion were Aurengzeb Rather, zonal president, Jamat-e-Ahmadiya Poonch Zone, Major Sahil, 3rd Grenadiers Jhulass and Farooq Ahmed Fareed, secretary press of Ahmediya Jamat.
