JAMMU, Mar 24: Students of Cluster University of Jammu have brought laurels to the institution by achieving outstanding results at national-level events, highlighting the university’s commitment to academic, cultural, and youth development.
At the AIU 39th National Youth Festival in Chennai, Jaspreet Singh and Manmeet Kaur won the Gold Medal in the Debate Competition, demonstrating exceptional intellect and communication skills. In the National Integration Camp (NIC) – West Bengal, the CLUJ team comprising Nirdosh, Tanika, Divya, Sneha, Aryan, Aftab, Kunal, and Ashish emerged as Overall Champions, securing multiple top positions. At NIC – Haryana, Krishay and Nitasha also earned top positions in various events.
A felicitation ceremony was held at the Vice-Chancellor’s Secretariat, led by Prof KS Chandrashekhar, with Dr Twinkle Suri in attendance. The ceremony was conducted under the guidance of Prof DS Manhas and supported by Dr Ashaq Hussain, Dr Davinder Kour, Prof. Amit Pal Kaur, Dr Shubhra Jamwal, and NSS Programme Officers. The ceremony celebrated the students’ achievements and reaffirmed CLUJ’s dedication to nurturing talent, leadership, and national integration.
