JAMMU, Mar 4: Cradle 2 Crayons School, the eminent Pre & Primary School, celebrated its Annual Day 2018 at its Sprawling Campus at Lower Roopnagar, here today.
After the customary lighting of lamp by Swami Kumarji Maharaj of Geeta Satsang Bhawan, Muthi Camp, the students presented a colourful pageant of events including Saraswati Vandana, Jungle Book, and National Song etc.
An activity showcasing the spirited entertainment by the ‘faujis’ in their leisure time at the remote borders was delight to watch.
The function among others was attended by the parents and grandparents of the kids, the community members in the neighbourhood and other dignitaries including Brigadier BL Raina and IGP Yoginder Kaul.
The Principal, Anila Tikoo presented the report card while Swamiji spoke on the teachings of Bhagwat Geeta relating to the eternal Master, Lord Shri Krishna.
The parents participated in a few games of polo and poem recitation and the prizes were distributed among the winners. After the prize distribution there was a scintillating grand finale on the tune of Hum Hain India Waley.
The annual day at Cradle 2 Crayons was full of felicitations, festivities and fun.
