JAMMU, Oct 22: Additional District Judge Jammu, M S Parihar today vacated stay on earlier order whereby General Secretary of the Jammu and Kashmir Cricket Association, M L Nehru was restrained from working on the post.
The stay was vacated while dismissing petition filed by Ravinder Singh, Anil Khajuria and Vivek Sharma.
After hearing counsels for both the parties, Additional District Judge Jammu observed, “plaintiffs are not entitled to any interim relief and the application filed by them is liable to be dismissed”.
“The court has come to the conclusion that the plaintiffs are not entitled to any interim relief at this stage”, Additional District Judge said while vacating stay order passed on October 4, 2014.
