JAMMU, Feb 17: Jammu and Kashmir State Sports Council conducted the screening of J&K Cycling team for 20th National Road Cycling Championship to be organized by Cycling Federation of India at Pathamthitta, Kerala from February 24 to February 27, 2016.
The screening of the team was held at MA Stadium, Jammu, under the supervision of Shiv Kumar Sharma, Joint Secretary, J&K State Sports Council, International Fencer, Rashid Choudhary, Member Sports Council; Om Parkash Sharma, general secretary, Jammu & Kashmir State Cycling Association, Mushtaq Ahmed, joint secretary, J&K Cycling Association, Senior Cyclist Munish Sharma and Abid Nabi.
The team: Elite: Akbar Khan, Adil Tailli, Mohd. Saleem, Mansoor Ahmed, Waheed Ahmad, Altaf Ahmad, Yasin and Mohd Rafiq.
U-19: Yougesh Sharma, Rameez Raja , Aijaz Ah. Bhat, Parwez Ahmed and Gojree
U-17: Aakershait Pathak, Bilal Ahmad, Rohit Kumar and Aman Kumar.
U-14 Sheikh Saqib and Mohmiss Ismail.
