Jammu, Dec 19: Scripting a solitary goal win over Sports Saviour in the semifinals, Clmrat Football Club sealed berth in the finals of the ongoing 13th Christmas Gold Cup Football Tournament, being organised by All J&K Christian Welfare Association, under the aegis of Jammu and Kashmir Football Association (JKFA) at GGM Science College Hostel ground, here.
Ashish was the goal scorer for Clmrat FC, who netted the same in 7th minute of the match.
The match was officiated by Ajay Singh, Ricky Kumar, Rocky Sharma and Dil Bahadur.
In tomorrow’s fixture, J&K Bank Academy will take on NGR Football Club at 2:30 pm.
Zamir Ahmed Thakur, President JKFA was the chief guest, while Surinder Singh Bunty, Treasurer JKFA was the guest of honour.
Prominent among others present on the occasion were SM Gill, Ex MLC and State President Christian Welfare Association, Narinder Gupta, Chairman DFA and former Member Sports Council, Nazir Ahmed, National Football Referee, Yousuf Don, Organising Secretary, Feastus Sotra, General Secretary Christian Welfare Association, David Masih and Mohan Lal.
