Christian United outplays Bishnah FC by 3-2

BISHNAH, July 21: Christian United defeated Bishnah Football Club in a close contest by three goals to two (3-2) in an exhibition Football match, organised by GS Sports Club, here.
Tarun Bahl, Chairman New Modern Group of Colleges and The Sree Times Group of Publications was the chief guest, while Rattan Singh Rana, SHO Bishnah was the guest of honour. Surjeet Singh (Sarpanch) and Pankaj Sharma were the special guests.
Shammey Khajuria (Jt Secretary), Bunny Sadotra (Treasurer) and President GS Sports Club, Sushant Gupta welcomed the guests.
The match was played between Christian United and Bishnah Football Club.
Mr Bahl appreciated the role of the youth of Bishnah and the role of GS Sports Club for organising such events which help in eradicating drug menace from the society.
He motivated the audience, especially the younger generation to stand strongly against the use of drugs.
Chief guest distributed prizes among the both teams. The winning team was presented a cash prize of Rs 3000 and runners-up team was presented a cash prize of Rs 2000 on the occasion.
Prominent among others present on the occasion were Arun Sharma, Sumit Sadotra and Sharun Sharma.
