Jammu, Jan 18: In a program organized at Headquarters 166 Bn CRPF, the children returning from Bharat Darshan shared their experience and lavished praise for the organisers.
Children said that in Delhi they saw tall buildings, Red Fort, India Gate, Rashtrapati Bhawan, Parliament House, Qutub Minar, Conaught Place; in Bengaluru they saw Vidhan Sabha, Karnataka High Court and various other prominent Institutes. In Mysore, they saw Mysore Palace, Vrindavan Garden, Tipu Sultan Fort, Shrirangapattnam and other famous places. They further said that they found India very big, great and beautiful.
Pertinent to mention that under Civic Action Program (CAP) by CRPF, 15 students, (preferably students from those families which are financially not so sound) of Jammu district of J&K were sent to Delhi-Bengaluru -Mysore for ‘Bharat Darshan’ from January 11 to January 17, 2018. During this tour, besides entertainment, children were familiarized with art, culture, lifestyle, etc. of Delhi and Karnataka.
Chief guest of the program, SLC Khup DIG CRPF Hiranagar Range, during his address to the children congratulated them and said that whatever they have seen and learnt during the tour would help in shaping their future and personality development.
While highlighting the importance of this program organized under Civic Action Program, he wished the children for their bright future.

A short film was also screened during the occasion which showed glimpses of Civic Action Programs and this particular tour.
While relishing the memories of the tour, Master Atif Mohammad, Mohammad Sadiq and Shakeel Ahmed thanked CRPF for providing such opportunity to them and also urged chief guest to keep organizing such programs in the future also.
