JAMMU, Apr 4: Chak Rakwala Leopards registered a convincing win over Jandyal Thathi Warriors in the Maruti Suzuki Nagrota Premier League Tournament, an initiative of MLA Devender Singh Rana.
Winning the toss at Bajalta play field in the Nagrota Assembly Constituency, Chak Rakwala Leopards decided to bat first and scored 136 runs for the loss of 8 wickets in stipulated 14 overs.
Chasing the target Jandyal Thathi Warriors bundled out at paltry 50 runs for all out in 11.3 overs.
Gourav was declared as man of the match for his all round performance.
The match was officiated by Madan Mohan and Suresh Singh from J&K Youth Services and Sports.
The match was played under the supervision of Faheem Tak, Vice President Take-1 Channel and Kuldeep Singh Jamwal, Member Organizing Committee.
Hardeep Singh, former Ranji Trophy Captain, Fayaz and Pankaj Sasan also witnessed the match.
