Jammu, Feb 25 : Budgam Blues defeated National Defence Academy Pune in T20 cricket match, today.
Earlier, batting first, Budgam Blues Cricket team scored 158 runs for 6 wickets and in return National Defence Academy scored 152 for 7 wickets. With their stunning performance in batting, bowling and fielding departments, ‘Budgam Blues’ tied down the hosts at their home ground in Pune in a exciting contest. The team also visited National Defence Academy, NDA museum and also interacted with cadets from Jammu and Kashmir who are undergoing training at the prestigious institution. During their stay at Pune Budgam Blues also visited Agha Khan Palace, National War Memorial and Singharh Fort. The team is on a tour organized by 2 RR (SIKH LI) under the aegis of HQ 10 Sector RR as part of Operation Sadhbhavna.
