JAMMU, Feb 12: Border Security Force (BSF) Primary School Paloura felicitated the students, who won 15 gold, 8 silver and 23 bronze medals in both boys and girls categories of 2nd J&K State Sambo championship held at Shastri Memorial Hr Sec School Patoli, here.
The gold medal winners included Virat, Rudhar,Krish Bhat, Arunaditey Jamwal, Akshay, Tanish Hangloo, Piyush, Keshav and Aryaveer Singh, while the silver medal winners included Lakshay Jamwal, T ushal, Rishi Radha, Aryan, Ridhima, Vanshika, Manya Sharma and Riya Sharma and the bronze medals went to Sumanyu Jamwal, Laksh Bhau, Yuvraj, Pranav Thakur, Rudhar, Parth Ahuja, Ishan, Vasu, Anmol Shan, Aman, Naman, Sushain and Mritunjay Kotwal.
In girls section, the gold medal winners included Utkarshi Kesar, Meenakshi Sharma, Palak Sharma, Niharika Sharma and Ashwina Bhat, while silver medals were bagged by Ridhima,Vaanshika, Manya and Riya Sharma and the bronze medal winners included Jeevika Manhas, Archi, Divyanshi Rajput, Mahi Jayee, Khushi Gupta, Bhawana, Hans, Archi, Trambika and Anjali.
School Headmistress Gaytri Kotwal lauded the efforts of the players and their coaches Rameshwar Singh Jamwal and Rajinder Singh.
