Bhargave Club beats Bandhurakh Club in Hockey

JAMMU, Dec 5: Bhargave Club trounced Bandhurakh Hockey Club in the final match of 4th Mata Joginder Kour Memorial Hockey Tournament, played at Bhargave Public Higher Secondary School Gadigarh, here today.
Both the teams secured three goals each in stipulated time and thereafter, an extra five minutes was allotted for good result to wherein Bhargave Club secured one goal and registered win over their opponent with 4-3 goals.
Manmeet Singh was declared as best player of the tournament while Rajveer Kumar declared as top scorer. During the final match, Harjeet Singh Tehsildar Jammu South was the chief guest while Prof Udhveer Singh Corporator, Vikas Sharma and Dr PP Raina were the guests of honour and Neelam Gandhotra, Principal was special guest.
The tournament was organised by Amerjeet Singh and Sukhveer Singh in memory of their mother, Joginder Kour. PP Singh National Hockey umpire was the Director of this tournament.
