JAMMU, Mar 21: KC Sports Club organized a Bench Press competition in the Club, here today.
Quite a few number of weightlifters took part in the competition with great enthusiasm.
It was a contest related to overall physical fitness and was adjudged in terms of Bench Press an individual could perform in a single go without a break.
Irfan Bhat was declared as winner as he lifted 125 Kgs, while Ashish Babbar claimed second spot, lifting 115 Kgs and Ashok Sharma remained third with 110 Kgs.
