JAMMU, Apr 16: Body Building Association of Jammu and Kashmir (BBAJK) will be organizing Mr Jammu and Kashmir 2014 on April 19 at Dussehra Ground, here. The Gyms of all the districts of the State will be participating in the event.
This was stated by Rajesh Dutta, general secretary, Body Building Association of Jammu and Kashmir while talking to media persons at Press Club, today.
He said that Body Building is the best sport in making the body proportionally shaped and fit, adding that good health means not only a state of absence of disease, but a complete physical, mental, social and spiritual well being of an individual.
Prominent among others present in the Press Conference were Bhupinder Singh Tirthi, Yogesh Sharma, Nand Kishore Gupta and Dr Naresh Sharma.
