JAMMU, Oct 26: Banyan International School participated in the CBSE North Zone Clusters held at Remal Public School, Rohini, New Delhi recently.
The events were recognized by the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Govt of India. The skaters of Banyan International kept their school flag high by winning many medals in the Meet.
In the Under-16 category, Amritpal Singh clinched gold in Road Race Quads, while Kanya Jamwal won silver medal in Road Race Quads and Rink-II in Under-8 category. Rahul Chettri participated in the Under-19 Road Race Quads and won a bronze medal. The other participants who made the school proud were Soham Gupta, Garima, Yatharth, Jasleen, Chandeep and Nishchal. The skaters were trained by Sudesh Kumar.
The participants were applauded by the Vice Principal, Monika Sethi for their achievements.
