JAMMU, Dec 21: Athletic events for Under-17 and Under-19 girls, under the initiative of Sports Activities for Peace and Development under ‘Khelo India’- Phase – III, centrally sponsored scheme, Govt. of India District Administration, Jammu in collaboration with Department of Youth Services and Sports and District Police Administration, Jammu concluded at Jammu University here today.
The event was organised under the Chairmanship of Sushma Chauhan, District Development Commissioner Jammu.
Tejinder Singh, SSP Jammu was the chief guest on the concluding function, who distributed prizes among the winners in the presence of Ram Singh, SDPO City South, Jammu and Sukhdev Raj Sharma, DYSSO Jammu.
The highlight of the event was that in Senior section, ZPEO Bhalwal, Ravi Kumari and other departmental officials also took part in the 100 mtrs sprint.
