Aryan Mahajan adds another feather in cap

Excelsior Sports Correspondent JAMMU, July 8: Talented table tennis player of Jammu and Kashmir Aryan Mahajan added another feather in his cap by winning the Bronze medal in the U-1500 event, organised during the 2016 US National Championship, held at Las Vegas. Mahajan registered win in each round robin group and came first. He advanced to quarterfinals, wherein he registered win over Aaron Chang by 3-0. In semis, Aryan lost to Daniel and clinched bronze medal. In U- 2200, Mahajan lost the quarterfinals, whereas in U- 1600, he registered win over rivals and advanced to quarterfinals. He lost the quarterfinals to Derrick Phan. In U-1900, Aryan only lost to Felix Li 2-3, but registered win over others.
