Ramban, May 7: To popularize sports among the youth and promote their participation at school level, Indian Army organised Athletics competition at High School Prahender here today.
Various events like 100 metres sprint and discus throw were conducted during the event.
The aim of the event was to uplift the morale of youth and also to kindle positive energy in the times of pandemic.
Exceptional athletes were given prizes to acknowledge their achievement.
Local appreciated the step of India Army and asked them to conduct such events in future also.
