JAMMU, Jan 18: To provide opportunity to the youth for showcasing their talent and to promote youth development, Kachrial Battalion under the Guardians of LC Brigade organized Pallanwala Premier League T20 Cricket Tournament at Pallanwala of Akhoor Tehsil in collaboration with panchayats.
Final match of the tournament was played at Pallanwala today.
A total of 8 teams from all Panchayats in and around Pallanwala participated in the competition with zeal and zest.
The matches were played on league-cum-knockout basis.
The final match was played between Panjtoot and Milan-Di-Khoi (MDK), in which MDK emerged winner. The winner and the runners-up teams were felicitated with trophies, medals and cash prize on the occasion.
The initiative of the Army was praised by one and all on the occasion.
