JAMMU, Apr 10: Amar Singh Club, Jammu organized a sports meet today featuring an impressive range of events, including Table Tennis, Swimming, Weightlifting, Chess, Billiards and Snooker.
These activities were aimed at fostering a spirit of healthy competition and camaraderie among the Club’s members. The winners’ outstanding performances were celebrated with certificates and trophies, recognizing their dedication and excellence by organizing a prize distribution ceremony.
The event was graced by the Vice President of the Club, Divisional Commissioner, Romesh Kumar, as the chief guest, adding prestige to the occasion along with Secretary of the Club, Anil Kapahi.
The ceremony witnessed the presence of prominent dignitaries, including Sanjay Sethi, Dr Nandita Mehta, Naresh Kumar Gupta (Tony), Deepali Handa, Sidharth Mehta, Amit Mahajan, Prof Renu Nanda, Ritika Mahajan, G P Singh Chahal, Ravneesh Gulhati and Dr Vikram Handa.
Later, the Divisional Commissioner and the Secretary of the Club inaugurated the newly renovated Royal, the Auditorium and The Velvet Lounge.
