Akshita in final phase of prestigious ‘Golden Girls Hunt’ event

JAMMU, Nov 30: For her melodious voice and extraordinary artistic skills, Akshita Mengi, an Alumnus of KC Public School Jammu has been selected for the final phase of the prestigious ‘Golden Girls Hunt’ event hosted by Jain University Bengaluru.
The event is an initiative of Times of India Group in collaboration with Malabar Gold & Diamonds.
The event took place in 25 colleges of Karnataka, and five girls were selected from each college.
Now the competition is between 125 girls on the basis of voting system.
The first five girls, out of 125 will be selected. The voting is valid from December 1 to 12, 2019.
Akshita has earned Senior diploma with 1st Division in Music (Vocal) from Prayag Sangeet Samiti Allahabad (2014-2015) and she has also to her credit a number of prizes at local and regional level competitions in music.
She also owns a YouTube channel, with the name of ‘Akshita Mengi’ where she uploads her original compositions.
