In the other matches scheduled for the day, Shubham Dubey got walkover against Rohit Chib, Gurjeev Singh got walkover against Sandharsh Gupta and Khatib Ashai got walkover against Rohit Bhat.
The Championship got underway today after the Association held Senior Snooker and Senior Billiards Championships earlier.
