ACCC Ramban wins thriller against Cape Cobra CC in Gufran T20

DODA, June 13: Ali Cricket Club Chanderkote (ACCC) Ramban defeated Cape Cobra Cricket Club (CCCC) Trown by one wicket in a nail biting contest in the ongoing All India 15th Gufran Memorial T20 Cricket Championship 2019 played at Sports Stadium, here today.
After winning the toss, CCCC Trown elected to bat first and set a target of 112 runs in 18.3 overs.
Syed Shabir was the highest scorer with 36 while Shabir Ahmed contributed 14 runs to the total. For ACCC Ramban, Rashid Ali took three wickets while Amjad Khan and Mujtaba Ali shared one wicket each.
Chasing the target, ACCC Ramban won the match in an exciting contest by one wicket in 19.1 overs.
Raza top scored with 31 runs followed by Karim Ali and Rashid Ali who contributed 24 and 15 runs respectively.
For CCCC Trown team, Aquib Dar and Jahangir Ahmed scalped 2 wickets each while Sumanjeet and Mohinder Singh shared 1 wicket.
Rashid Ali of Ali Cricket Club Chanderkote, Ramban was adjudged as the man of the match for his all-round performance who was given prize by District Health Officer Dr Tariq Masood, Dr Hamid Parray and Ghulam Mohammad Gamgeen.
