Cyclists selected for Mountain Trak Bike Cycling C’ship

JAMMU, Sept 16: Jammu and Kashmir Cycling Association conducted selection trials for 15th Mountain Track Bike Cycling Championship which was held at Pune (Maharashtra) from October 26 to 28, 2018.
The selected players in sub junior category include Rajveer Singh, Raman Manhas, Ridham Sharma, Mayank Khajuria, Akashdeep Singh and Gourav Chib.
In junior category, the selected players included Akash Bhat and Assar Shafi, while in senior category, the selected players include Aakershait Pathak, Joginder Kumar, Rafiq Ahmad, Sachin Sharma, Balkrishan Sharma and Gurpreet Singh and in women section Sonali Sharma has been selected.
SS Gill, Secretary J&K Cycling Association, Om Parkash, Veteran National Cyclist and Associate Secretary JK Cycling Association, Vikesh Kumar Sharma, Lecturer JKYSS and Senior Cyclist, Vinod Bhatia, Rajnish Sharma ( NIS) and Ajay Kumar ( NIS) are part of the selection process.
Jammu and Kashmir Cycling Association gave special thanks to Police Post High Court Road, Jammu for valuable cooperation in conducting trials and encouraging young talent.
