JAMMU, Feb 5: Kalamkari Centre Society (KCS) organized an interactive programme with the Self Help Groups (SGHs) beneficiaries at its premises to get details of the benefits of the Scheme.
Purnima Chaudhri, Patron, Kalamkari Centre Society welcomed the participants.
On the occasion Suriya Jabeen, CEO, JUDA Jammu Division, interacted with the gathering and welcomed the SHGs and made them aware about the benefits of working together as a group.
She also said that Government can’t provide employment to all the people in the State. “In this age of globalization, we must learn some skills and become self-dependent and self-employed”, she asserted.
She emphasized that the beneficiaries should set up their own enterprise and become entrepreneurs.
The programme was attended by Archana, APO, JUDA, Tina, APO, JUDA, Jeyoti, Project Officer (PO), KCS, Subash Langeh, APO, KCS and beneficiaries from Newplot, Janipur, Ambphalla, Rehari, Bakshi Nagar, Bhagwati Nagar and Krishna Nagar.
