REASI, Feb 3: Kalika Cricket Club (KCC) thrashed Dharan Cricket Club (DCC) and sailed into the next round of the ongoing Amit Memorial Cricket Tournament.
DCC won the toss and decided to bat first. Batting first DCC scored 110 runs for the loss of 10 wickets in 19.4 overs. The main scorers from DCC were Shubham with 22 runs, Vivek with 21 and Sunny with 17.
From KCC side, Aashish Sharma and Raju Kundal took two wickets each.
In the second inning, KCC chased the target successfully and won the match. Anil Sharma was the top scorer with 28 runs, while Arun Verma made 27 runs and Abhishek Sharma scored 14 runs.
Anil Sharma was declared as man of the match for his all around performance and trophy was given by Youth Congress Assembly president Amit Sharma.
