JAMMU, Dec 17: Jammu and Kashmir Football Association (JKFA) selected the team to represent the State in the 21st Senior Women’s National Football Championship to be held at Greater Noida in Uttar Pradesh from December 22 to December 26, 2015.
The Association selected 20 players, who will be accompanied by 2 officials. The team will leave Jammu on December 20 for participation.
The final selection of the team was made by Yousuf Don and Rajesh Sumbria (Coach of J&K Bank Academy) in presence of the Screening Committee of J&K State Sports Council including Joint Secretary, Shiv Kumar Sharma, Sports Officer, Rajan Sharma and Members Rashid Ahmed and Arjun Choudhary.
The Team: Deachan Angmo, Lobzang Diskit, Jigmat Padma, Sonam Yangdol, Gurpreet Kour, Tsering Dolkar, Ritu Gill, Neetika Thapa, Staffi Don, Nadiya Nighat, Afshan Ashiq, Tanishq Sumbria, Puja Rani, Sakshi Bandral, Khushboo Salpona, Dachen Spalzes, Dechen Youdol, Diskit Angmo, Skarma Dolma and Padma Angmo.
The team will be accompanied by Moon Madan Stephen as coach and Sunita as manager.
