DIET holds district level quiz competition

REASI, Nov 28: District Institute of Education and Trainings, Reasi organized a district level quiz competition in Mathematics wherein 16 teams drawn from various schools participated in the competition, today.
Principal DIET J R Bhardwaj inaugurated the event and stressed upon the necessity to take part in all affairs of education in this era of competitions.
Kalap Lata, HOD, Mathematics conducted the proceeding for first round after briefing the participants about the rules of the contest.
Second and third round proceedings were conducted by Arti Lalla and Asha Kumari lecturers.
Virender Dutta senior Lecturer and Ajay Mahajan acted as the scorers.
The first prize winning students were Mohit Rajput and Parvez Mohd of HS Kotli Bhaga, second prize went to Neha Devi, Sonali Devi and Anjali Devi students of MS Lower Seela and the third prize remained with Anu Basant, Diksha Verma and Rubia Akhter students of HS Kheral.
Among others who present at the occasion were Sanjay Zutshi HOD, M L Gupta, senior Lecturer and the escorting staff of all participating schools.
