SAMBA, May 10: With a mission of honouring academic and competitive excellence achieved by the 2025-26 Class 12 batch, SP Smart School organised a programme at Sarore Campus in Samba district.
The programme was graced by chief guest Swami Paul, who blessed the students, staff and management of SP Smart School. Addressing the gathering, he congratulated the achievers and encouraged students to remain committed to discipline, honesty and perseverance in life. He also appreciated the efforts of the institution in providing quality education and nurturing talent in the region. RS Samyal, former State Project Director, was the guest of honour at the event.
The main attraction of the ceremony was the felicitation of 390 students, including 34 position holders and those who secured 90 per cent and above marks in the recently declared 2026 board examinations.
The school also honoured 70 MBBS students, alumni of SP Smart School, who successfully cleared medical entrance examinations, bringing laurels to the institution. During the event, scholarships and cash prizes worth more than Rs 25 lakh were distributed among the meritorious students.
Meanwhile, nearly 90 staff members of the institution were also felicitated for their dedication and tireless efforts in shaping the academic excellence of students.
