POONCH, July 26: Department of Youth Services and Sports organized a Trial-cum-Selection event in the discipline of Boxing for both boys and girls (AAG category) at the Sports Stadium , here today.
The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from 40 students representing various educational institutions across the district.
Mushtaq Ahmed, Incharge Manager of the Sports Stadium Poonch, graced the occasion as the chief guest. The trials were conducted under the overall supervision of DYSSO Poonch, Mohd Qasim, with technical support provided by Activity Incharge Vijay Kumar (PEM).
The event aimed to scout and nurture young boxing talent for upcoming competitions and further training.
