Sumitpal enters round 4 in All India Tennis Tournament

JAMMU, July 6: Ace tennis player of Jammu and Kashmir has qualified for the fourth round of the All India Men Lawn Tennis Tournament, being held at Lawn Tennis Association Stadium in Chandigarh.
Earlier, in the first round, Sumitpal defeated Ankit Taneja of Delhi by (8-1), while in second and third round, he defeated Shahrukh Khan of Rajasthan and Javed Akbar Hazari of Chandigarh by (8-5) and (8-6) respectively.
A total of 196 players are participating in the event, while the draw has been made for 256 players and the main draw will start tomorrow.
