JAMMU, Oct 17: The Jammu Division Karate-Do Championship took place here today at the Bhagwati Nagar Indoor Sports Complex in Jammu. The event was inaugurated by Ritika Jamwal, Senior Judo Coach. Organized by the Ashite and Yudansha Ryu Karate Association of J&K and approved by the Traditional Karate Do Association of J&K, the event saw participation from 273 students across various districts.
Naresh Chander, President of the Traditional Karate-Do Association of J&K distributed medals to the winners. The championship was supervised by Shihan Umesh Rekhi with Shihan Shashi Janotra as the event director and Naresh Bhagat as Organizing Secretary.
