UDHAMPUR, Feb 27: J&K Yoga Association held Yoga championship at Indoor Sports Complex Subash Stadium, here today.
DySP DAR Udhampur, Shahid Nahiem was the chief guest who distributed prizes among the winners.
In boys category, Anubhav Abrol and Anurag Khajuria stood 1st and 2nd in 8 to 10 yrs, whereas in 10 to 12 yrs, Sidharth Abrol and Aks Malhotra bagged top two positions and in 12 to 14 yrs, Raj Dev Singh, Romit Thakur and Chakshat Kumar remained 1st, 2nd and 3rd respectively besides in 14 to 16 years Daksh Singh stood first and in 16 to 18 yrs, Abhishek Sharma, Raj Kumar and Vipul Malhotra bagged 1st, 2nd and 3rd positions respectively.
In girls category, Samriti Thakur, Pratima Sharma and Sakshi Mankotia remained 1st, 2nd and 3rd positions respectively in 10 to 12 yrs, whereas in 12 to 14 yrs, Soumya Gupta, Renu Sharma and Mahi Sharma stood 1st, 2nd and 3rd respectively and Anu Devi bagged 1st place in 14 to 16 yrs.
